1. Returns and Refunds
1.1. 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the
date of purchase
to return an item for a refund.
1.2. Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a
return, the item must
be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original
packaging. Any item
not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not
due to our
error will not be eligible for a refund.
1.3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please
contact our customer
service team at contact@smartzenie.com to obtain a
Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Include the RMA number on the outside of the
package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Refund Process
2.1. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item,
our team will
inspect it and process your refund within 7 - 10 business days.
2.2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original
payment method
used during the purchase.
2.3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be
granted for
items with obvious signs of use or that are not in their original condition,
or items
returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2.4. Refund Time Frame: Once on initiating the Time Frame, It will credit to your account with in 4 hours.
As part of Partial Refunds, Any GST or Tax is not refunded and along with it 50 /- of amount will be deducted as part of Conveniece Charge.
3. Exchanges
3.1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a
defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange
for a replacement to be sent to you.
4. Non-Refundable Items
4.1. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
4.2. Downloadable Software: Software downloads are
non-refundable once the activation key has been issued.
